ماده ۱۵۳- هرکس در حال خواب، بیهوشی و مانند آنها، مرتکب رفتاری شود که طبق قانون جرم محسوب می شود مجازات نمی گردد مگر اینکه شخص با علم به اینکه در حال خواب یا بیهوشی مرتکب جرم می شود، عمداً بخوابد و یا خود را بیهوش کند.
